Are you kind to your mind? Or do you find yourself overcome by negative self-talk, self-sabotage, and feelings of guilt and shame?
Compassion is a basic human need that often goes unfulfilled. When we don’t get it from others, it’s no wonder we are our own toughest critic. We refer to ourselves in harsh terms we would likely not use with friends and family. We feel stuck, alone, hopeless. Reaching out for help is hard, but continuing the emotional suffering is even harder.
